We are so excited to introduce THE HUB to you. THE HUB is our intentional strategy to devote time, energy and effort to equipping people to grow deeply in their faith to live as the Gospel Influencers God has uniquely shaped them to be. Through THE HUB, we aim to equip in areas of spiritual practices, biblical & practical guidance for life stages, and leadership development.

Waypoint JH/HS Students (completed 6th-12th) will serve children and families through our partnership with STCH Ministries on TWO DIFFERENT campuses this summer. We return to the Children's Home near Beeville, Texas AND add a second site at the Homes for Families campus near Goliad.
Students take the lead on ministry efforts to love on children with elements from VBS, sports games, relational moments, and student-led worship.
Students involved will be required to attend planning meetings to help prepare to lead.

Waypoint in July means an emphasis in fun and creativity for our kids. This year we shift from Waypoint Olympics to a new focus on understanding God’s BIG STORY. Our K-5th grade friends will have an opportunity during EITHER service time to take part in seeing God’s creativity using their imagination.
Flanked by our Waypoint Students for help and encouragement, kids will build a creative group expression that gives thought to CREATION, the FALL, REDEMPTION, and RESTORATION over the four weeks in July.
Kids will also take home a tool to individually put their creative minds to work, if they choose.
*During the four Sundays of July, kids will be dismissed early after the first song in each worship service.
THE WORSHIP PROJECT, our summer spiritual growth intensive, returns every Sunday night in July. This summer the focus will be on Living a Sent Life.
Each week will involve learnings around the Gospel, the Holy Spirit, Prayer and discovering an understanding being Sent by Him. Come and deepen your dependence on the Lord and your understanding of what it means to Live a Sent Life.

Event Registration is ONLY REQUIRED for CHILDCARE. Registration is BELOW for ages birth-5th grade.
Each week involves teaching, discussion, worship, and prayer led by leaders from the PROJECT TEAM -

This year all generations (6th grade & up) will meet together in the Worship Center. Our final Sunday together will involve an extended time of worship.

Splash Camp is an experience designed by churches as a resource for local churches of any size to reach preteens with the Gospel & God’s love.
The summer of 2025 marks our fourth year of this great camp. This camp is for preteen children who have completed 3rd-6th grade to enjoy a 3 day - 2 night experience packed with memory-making moments with friends and spiritual lessons geared for kids!

Waypoint Student Camp will take place on the campus of LeTourneau University in Longview, TX for jr./high school students (completed 6th-12th). We join students from partner churches around Texas to create an impactful week in student’s lives. Don’t miss it.

At True North, kids discover that they can trust Jesus in a wild world! True North is filled with awesome Bible-learningexperiences kids see, hear, and touch! Hands-on science experiments, team-building games, unforgettable Bible songs, and tasty treats are just a few of the standout activities that help faith flow into real life. (Since everything is hands-on, kids might get a little messy. Be sure to send them in play clothes and sturdy shoes.)
Plus, we'll help kids discover how to see evidence of God in everyday life - something we call God-Sightings®. Get ready to hear that phrase a lot!
Kids will also participate in a hands-on mission project, through a program called Operation Kid-to-Kid™

Grab your gloves and tools to help with needs throughout our church campus for a Workday & Cleaning Day. Our efforts will help us ready our campus for a wonderful Easter Weekend.
Projects will involve cleaning inside, sprucing up the grounds, and a few potential skilled roles. The more involved, the more we accomplish in our limited time. Come when you can and leave when you must.

What is EMPWR?
EMPWR is more that just a workout - it's a mind and body experience that combines the power of words, movement, and mindset. Through intentional body weight movements and uplifting affirmations, you'll engage your body and spirit in a way that stokes strength and confidence.
This isn't just fitness - it's a full-body, full-mind elevation.
What to expect:
During this 45-min session, you'll engage in a bodyweight workout designed to challenge and inspire you. Expect a series of squats, lunges, planks, and athletic movements that build strength, endurance, and mental toughness. As you move, you'll be guided to focus on affirmations and empowering thoughts that uplift your spirit and drive you forward.
What to bring:

Overnight in homes of Waypoint families by age/gender

Students from several different churches in the area will join a weekend for fun, spiritual growth, and building relationships. Worship times and Service projects happen together for a greater impact. Plus, individual groups and overnight stays will take place in homes from your church, using leaders chosen by your church.
One Weekend for Waypoint Students begins at Waypoint at 6:15pm for dinner. We will then transport to our host homes for the evening. ONE Weekend concludes after worship and our student gathering at Waypoint Church on Sunday at noon.
Cost is $35 and includes everything for the weekend.
Current Waypoint Release Form is required.
Indicate if your student will leave for any portion of the weekend in the time away portion.
(Parents must coordinate with host home to determine the location for pickup and return)
Student drivers must leave keys with host home parent and are only able to drive to church Sunday morning.
Overnight homes are led by Waypoint families based on gender/age group.
Clothes for the weekend, including messy clothes for service project, Sleeping bag/pillow, toiletries, medicines, Bible, pen. Completed Medical Release Form (available below or at registration table), 2-liter drink & snacks to share.
As an outreach project, we will be gathering to assemble meals to stock the church freezer. These meals will then be available to Waypoint attendees as they need and see a need in the community; a friend, neighbor or co-worker that could be blessed by a meal. The more hands we have, the faster we can assemble. Even if you can only come for a short time (late or early), we would love to have your help. All the food items will be provided.

There are THREE different times for you to choose from on Christmas Eve.
Each identical kid-friendly service is packed with carols, devotional thoughts, a gift & candle lighting.
