This training marks a total RESET in our approach to connect guests to the people of Waypoint. Our WELCOME TEAM is a vital part of this process toward a meaningful and genuine our people-centered connection. Those on this team serve to make a guest's experience at Waypoint feel like home.

After months of work, we have a plan to improve how we better steward guests seeking ministry and those desiring a church home.

This training will equip our Welcome Team (old & new) to improve by:

• Learning the new people-centered process to understand their value

• Seeing the roles we truly need in place and finding where they can fit

• Growing their level of responsibility because they serve in a vital ministry role

• Increasing a willing frequency to experience greater excellence as a team

• Helping others in search of community find what God's created Waypoint to provide

• Introducing new resources for the Welcome Team and for guests in need (current tools, in-development resources, and options to come)
